Charlotte Business Development Direct Mail
Client: Erdman Anthony​

The problem: Erdman Anthony wanted to expand their Facilities in the Charlotte NC area. They had a new engineer and wished to make connections with architects in the area.

The solution: An outreach campaign that included a dimensional direct mail package that consisted of a promotional gift, a custom business card that contained a QR code to a landing page, and a personalized note to a targeted audience. Once mailed, the packages were followed by LinkedIn direct response ads and phone outreach.

I worked with the Erdman Anthony team to brainstorm the promotional gift, then sourced the item, had it imprinted, sourced, designed, oversaw the production of the components. The small quantities allowed in-house team members to package the elements mail it. I also designed and worked with a programmer to implement the landing page.

The results: The direct mail had a 40% response rate and lead to 2 face-to-face meetings.
