Direct Mail Outreach for PennDOT Project Managers A targeted outreach piece reconnecting Erdman Anthony with new PennDOT project managers by highlighting a long history of successful transportation infrastructure projects. The Challenge Erdman Anthony has a long history of collaborating with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). As new project managers joined the agency, many were unaware of the firm’s past work and experience with PennDOT projects. The Solution I designed and managed production of a targeted direct-mail piece sent to new PennDOT project managers that showcases Erdman Anthony’s shared history with PennDOT. The piece highlights several key transportation projects and uses strong visual hierarchy to communicate credibility quickly. The mailing concludes with an invitation to connect with an Erdman Anthony manager to discuss future collaboration opportunities.
